November 22, 2019 – DCL CEO, Frank Deluca was recognized by Sustainable Buildings Canada and Enbridge for its high energy efficiencies desgin for DCL’s Niagara Medical Arts Center.   The center plans to break ground in 2020 and be open just ahead of the new Niagara Falls Hospital.  Using BREEAM as the design matrix a group of engineering, sustainablity experts and BREEAM executives who came to participate in the design modeling, it achieved the highest possible rating of any healthcare building in Canada.
